Here’s what I wish I knew before my first postpartum 🤍 Your pelvic floor plays a HUGE role in your body’s daily function. It helps support your pelvic organs (bladder, uterus, and bowels), stabilize your core and pelvis, and contributes to sexual health. Before jumping back into your regular workouts postpartum, prioritize rebuilding your deep core and pelvic floor function so you can return to exercise with a strong foundation. Comment MAMA and I’ll send you a FREE MONTH of my Postpartum Program that you can begin any time postpartum, whether you're 2 months or 2 years pp!🤍
#LemuelPlummer is clearing things up! 👀☕️ He denies firing all the Baddies, saying one announced she was leaving and he’s considering replacing a few more. He says production recently paused for separate meetings with the OGs and newbies to address professionalism, following rules, and showing up for work. He also made it clear that disrespect toward him and his team won’t be tolerated. As for the season, #Lemmie says they’re going back to the basics with the girls living in a house, the Baddie Bus, activities, and real dynamics! 🔥 He promises an unfiltered season, hints that a teaser could drop sooner than expected, and thanks the girls who have been showing up and putting in work. What y’all think about his message? 👀👇🏽 Follow @zeus_hottest_tea2.0 & @zeus_hottest_tea for more tea and updates ⚡️
