Think about the last place that knew your name the second you walked in. Genuinely smiled and was happy to see you. And then proceeded to lovingly destroy you for 50 minutes on the reformer. That’s what we’re bringing to Ballwin 😘🔥💕

When I opened La Forme in Des Peres, I wanted a studio where every person who walked through the door immediately felt warmth and a like they belong. You never know what someone’s carrying on any given day. A smile and real eye contact can change it.

That feeling goes far beyond the workout. It’s empowering young women with confidence as they move through the world. It’s helping those in their 30s, 40s & 50s navigate changes with greater ease. Members in their 60s and 70s trust their bodies to support them and say “yes” to adventures and travel.

La Forme at Claymont opens in Ballwin on November 9, and Founding Memberships are here!!! Founding Members take preview classes before we open, book 30 days ahead of the public, celebrate at the grand opening on Nov. 8 with style 🎉, and have access to both studios.
