There comes a point in life when you realise that protecting your peace is more important than pleasing everyone else. 🤍

You stop explaining yourself. You stop feeling guilty for resting, for saying no, for choosing yourself. You learn that not every situation deserves your energy, not every person deserves access to you, and not everything needs a reaction.

You begin to understand that healing sometimes looks like being quiet, stepping back, setting boundaries, and allowing yourself to simply be.

This season of my life is about coming home to myself. Choosing peace over pressure, self-love over self-sacrifice, and a softer life over constantly surviving.

I’ve spent enough time pouring into everything and everyone else. Now, I’m learning to pour into me, too. 🌿

Choosing myself isn’t selfish. It’s sacred. And this time, I’m not apologising for it. ✨
