The majestic Gombo Rangon of the zanskar region! At 14000 ft, this spectacle is just 150 kms from manali and is part of the route that is usually skipped by most ladakh tours. Heck, this was my first time visiting here even after having done 5 trips to ladakh earlier. The roads are fully paved now, and i’m jealous of the people that took this route when it was fully gravel. A spectacle to behold, standing tall in all its glory.
