Atelva is helping me build my second business, Signature Pop Balloons Co. 🎈
The same strategy and systems I help other founders develop are shaping how I bring this vision to life.
Strategy helped me define my offers, work through pricing, and decide how I wanted to serve my customers. Systems gave that vision a process from the inquiry form and payment details to confirming colors and keeping clients updated.
AI has supported the research, planning, and messaging, while I make the decisions and do the work.
I’m still building, but I’m putting into practice what I teach: giving your vision structure makes it easier to act on it.
The balloons are what you see. The planning and processes behind them help me deliver the experience I promised.
