Eight months ago, I walked away from corporate America. Not because I had everything figured out. Not because the path ahead was clear. But because God was calling me into something different. I had to pivot ! That transition has led me into tech . A whole new season . A whole new assignment . Since then, I’ve hosted workshops, invested in training, earned certifications, built operational systems, and stepped into a new season as the Founder & CEO of Atelva. But if you’ve been here for a while, know this: I’m still hosting prayer calls. I’m still teaching Kingdom studies. I’m still sharing what God places on my heart. And I’m still passionate about helping women overcome self-limiting beliefs, discover their purpose, and become who God created them to be. That assignment hasn’t changed. What’s changed is that God has expanded it. So alongside faith, purpose, and spiritual growth, you’ll also see entrepreneurship, leadership, AI, systems, and what it looks like to build with wisdom, excellence, and the leading of the Holy Spirit. You may not need more leads. You may need a better system for following up with the ones already coming in. I built this Lead Follow-Up AI Agent to help businesses respond faster, prioritize opportunities, and stop letting potential revenue sit untouched in the inbox using @claudeai and N8N, When a new inquiry comes in, the agent: • Reviews and organizes the lead’s information • Categorizes them as hot, warm, or cold • Emails the business owner with the lead’s potential • Drafts a personalized follow-up response • Uses the business’s tone and language I currently have the responses saved as drafts so I can review them before sending, but the entire process can also be automated. The goal is not just to save time. It is to create more capacity to serve potential clients, respond while their interest is high, and stop losing money because follow-up depends on you finding time. The problem 💡 An HVAC owner shouldn’t have to answer every status question. When leads, schedules, customer messages, and invoices live in different places, the owner becomes the system holding it all together. The solution 💡 I’m building ServiceFlow, an operational system to connect the work from the first call to collected payment. The team can track leads, manage dispatch, update customers, manage employees and more. I’ve added an AI personal assistant that can also suggest a next step, but a person approves it. One of the biggest lessons I carried from corporate into entrepreneurship is this: You don’t always need to rebuild everything. Sometimes you need to find the root problem, improve what’s already working, and execute consistently. That approach helped me reduce one business loss by 83%, and it’s the same way I approach systems at Atelva today. Find the root. Fix the system. Build wisely.
