It’s Navratri in India, a time when we worship Shakti, the sacred feminine, as divine. 🙏🏽

Yet I often wonder how much of that reverence translates into the way we treat the women around us.

As women, we go through so much in one lifetime. From puberty to hormonal changes, childbirth for some, menopause, and all the challenges that come with every stage of life. And through it all, we’re expected to just keep going, often without much empathy or understanding.

I truly believe that one of the most healing things for a woman is to feel seen, heard, understood and supported. There is tremendous healing in sisterhood.

Yet so often, women are judged, sometimes most harshly by other women.

Imagine if we replaced that judgment and competition with compassion. If we genuinely celebrated another woman’s beauty, strength, choices and successes without feeling diminished ourselves.

How much healing could we create for one another?

So this Navratri, let’s honour Shakti not just in the goddess we worship, but in every woman around us.

Send this to a woman you admire. Let her know you see her, you celebrate her, and you’re cheering her on.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Because sometimes that’s exactly what we women need the most.

Для Аскербека Здуалиева учительство — не просто профессия, а продолжение семейной истории, которая началась задолго до его первого урока. В его семье 14 педагогов, а сам он прошел путь от выпускника дизайнерского факультета до учителя рисунка в школе искусств. Сегодня он старается не только научить детей видеть прекрасное, но и помочь каждому поверить в собственные силы, передает корреспондент QZ NEWS.

Аскербек Серикбаевич родился в селе Кишкенеколь, однако вырос в Талшыке Акжарского района. Именно с этим местом связаны его самые теплые воспоминания о детстве.

Особое место занимает семья. В роду Аскербека Здуалиева — настоящая педагогическая династия, в которой насчитывается 14 учителей. Среди них его отец, мать и сестра. Отец преподавал музыку, мама — русский язык, сестра стала педагогом-хореографом. Есть в семье и учителя физики, казахской литературы, химии, математики, физической культуры и казахского языка.

«Все свое детство я видел, как родители вкладывали в свою профессию всю душу. Наверное, где-то глубоко внутри меня внутренний голос говорил: Я тоже хочу внести свой вклад в развитие чего-то большего», — вспоминает педагог.

Особенно хорошо он помнит наставления отца. Эти слова, сказанные когда-то ребенку, спустя годы стали для него своеобразным жизненным ориентиром.

«Отец учил меня: «Трудись во благо и люби свое дело, чем бы ты ни занимался, будь честным и добросовестным в любых ситуациях». Эти слова до сих пор являются моим кредо», — говорит Аскербек Серикбаевич.

После окончания школы он поступил в СКГУ им. М. Козыбаева на кафедру «Дизайн». Творческое направление стало первой серьезной ступенью его профессионального пути. Получив диплом, Аскербек вернулся в родной край, однако не сразу пришел в школу. Некоторое время он работал в отделе юстиции, затем — в отделе строительства и градостроительства села Талшык. Позже решил продолжить образование и окончил магистратуру по направлению «Педагогика и психология», получив знания, которые помогли ему глубже понять особенности работы с детьми.
