Looking back at this video of my early on-board service training, I can’t help but smile.
Back then, my focus was entirely on the present: passing the assessments, perfecting the service details, and getting ready for the next flight. To me, it was all about a personal goal—reaching my own dream of earning my wings.
I had no idea that those intense training days were quietly preparing me for something so much bigger.
At the time, I thought I was just learning a job. I didn’t realize that every skill I was mastering—every lesson in empathy, composure, and dedication—would eventually allow me to guide and mentor hundreds of aspiring crew members as they reach for their own wings.
Life has a beautiful way of connecting the dots. The passion that started in that training room became the foundation to help others step into their own power and fly.
