The photos of students you see I publish, are the ones of people that didn’t quit. Others (I never met or met briefly) most likely will never appear because deep inside they were never ready to try. The difference? Successful people always remember that time waits for no one and that delaying their dreams is denying the inner genius. I would like to encourage you to take the step to go beyond your limits because they stretch. To take that decision that is scary as soon as possible. And to remember that the easy road of delaying your goals is usually the worst road. Delaying those decisions is betraying your greatness. You can be flying already. You just need to make the right choice and stop listing to other’s limitations reflected on You! #cabincrewcoach #cabincrewrecruiter #hrprofessional #flightattendantrecruiter #cabincrewinterview by @modoavion_ou
Looking back at this video of my early on-board service training, I can’t help but smile. Back then, my focus was entirely on the present: passing the assessments, perfecting the service details, and getting ready for the next flight. To me, it was all about a personal goal—reaching my own dream of earning my wings. I had no idea that those intense training days were quietly preparing me for something so much bigger. At the time, I thought I was just learning a job. I didn’t realize that every skill I was mastering—every lesson in empathy, composure, and dedication—would eventually allow me to guide and mentor hundreds of aspiring crew members as they reach for their own wings. Life has a beautiful way of connecting the dots. The passion that started in that training room became the foundation to help others step into their own power and fly. If you’re currently in the middle of your preparation, remember this: what feels like a short-term goal today might just be the beginning of a purpose that impacts lives in ways you can’t even imagine yet. Trust your process. ✨✈️ #CabinCrewJourney #AviationMentorship #FlightAttendantTraining #GoldenCall #FutureCabinCrew by @modoavion_ou

#naturocio_ou #ourense #modoavión #mulleresemprendedoras #Galicia by @modoavion_ou

Agora toca seguir medrando.
