#CareerClusterSpotlight: Sophia Knetter 💼📈
Sophia Knetter has turned FCCLA experiences into a pathway toward business, entrepreneurship, and the Financial Services Career Cluster.
From developing a business plan through an FCCLA Competitive Event to serving as a Chapter Treasurer, working as a student teller at a local credit union, and becoming Wisconsin FCCLA Vice President of Development, Sophia has continued putting financial and leadership skills into action.
One of the biggest lessons came while organizing Youth Emerging Entrepreneurs Day. After initially postponing the event because of low registration, Sophia kept going. The rescheduled event welcomed more than 80 students and included entrepreneur speakers, networking opportunities, and $450 in scholarships.
That experience reinforced an important entrepreneurial lesson: success is not about avoiding setbacks. It is about learning, adapting, and trying again.
Sophia hopes to one day own a business and continue creating opportunities for others along the way. ❤️
