U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) commander Admiral Brad Cooper has issued an update on operations against Iran. Adm. Cooper says the U.S. naval blockade has denied Iran at least $25 billion in oil revenue and that, apart from humanitarian assistance, Iran has no imports or exports by sea. He says about 400 ships have transited the Strait of Hormuz over the past seven days, and that U.S. forces have helped Gulf partners ship more than 100 million barrels of oil. Cooper also said U.S. efforts have helped freeze about $350 million in Iranian cryptocurrency, and that more than 20 civilian mariners have been killed by Iranian attacks on shipping since February. The update comes as Iran continues to target vessels. Windward counted at least 23 attacks on commercial ships in and around the strait in the two weeks ending October 14, and Iran claims control of the area.

First bodybuilding show ✅… yes I chose this one because I saw it’s Dragon Ball themed 🐉 NPC Men’s Physique 🥇 True Novice 🥈 Open 🥉 Novice No prep coach (definitely hiring one for future shows!) Huge thanks to my posing coach @cbposing go check him out for posing 👌🏼 You learn a lot about yourself when you try something new, and that was a big reason I wanted to do this in the first place. Growing up as the “skinny kid” with burn scars across my legs, hip, and arm, I would’ve called you crazy if you told me this is where I’d be just a few years ago. Hopefully, my journey encourages someone else to take a chance on themselves and try something they never thought they could do. I’m proud of what I brought to this show and excited to see how much I can improve next time around. 😏 I’m grateful for everyone who supported me throughout this process, especially my wife @_hannahrusk ❤️ Congratulations to all the competitors and thank you @southernmuscleshowdown , @danrayphoto , @liquidsunrayz , the vendors, and the show staff for making it an awesome experience. 💪🏼 And I got to meet @mikethebadass so that’s cool 😎 #npcphysique #mensphysique #bodybuilding #burnsurvivor #npcmensphysique

Nobody was prepared for them to literally drop the entire 200+ collection of top-tier shaders for everybody to use them with no charge at all, but here we are. Shaders’ custom MCP server also contributes a lot to how fascinating this project is and how easy it appears to be as a drop-in solution. Comment “Shader” so I can send you all the links for this tool, as well as small tips on setting it up for your own project :) #shaders #opensource #coding #programming #github
Introducing the JB300 Professional. Really excited to finally share the next chapter of my collaboration with @montresbianchi. We took everything I loved about the original JB300 Profonde and built on it, this time with a 41.5MM forged carbon case, Grade 5 titanium core, fully lumed DLC bezel, 20MM fixed FXD-style lugs, and a COSC-certified movement. A lot of thought went into this one, along with valuable input from some close friends who know firsthand what combat divers need from their equipment. The JB300 Professional will be limited to 500 numbered pieces, with 300 available to the public and 200 reserved for a new Unit Watch Program. More details on that soon. The first 200 public orders will also include a black-and-red Commando strap made by @zulualphastraps and @watchesofespionage. The Commando has been my favorite strap for diving operations for years, so I’m really happy to be able to offer it with this watch. Price: $1,950 + tax. Sales open to the public, November 3rd on the Jacques Bianchi website. I’ll be at the booth at @windupwatchfair NYC, so if you’re attending, stop by and say hello. We’ll also have a special early preorder link available for those who visit the booth. It’s been a lot of fun bringing this one to life, and I’m stoked to finally get it out there.
