This was 2018 in one of my international races in Mexico City, I felt awkward representing the USA and competing in the country I was born. I'm sure many athletes feel the same way. I'm so melancholic today, remembering the best decade of my life, missing my old life.when each of my heartbeats had a meaning. Now I see life extremely boring, nothing excites, probably because I'm currently having a huge responsibility I didn't sign up for, that is holding me back, I hope there is something behind all of this, I guess I have to embrace it😔 #itslife
