Once, in the sky, there were ten suns.

For our Moon Festival dinner with @kiosupperclub, we turned the legend of Chang’e into a six-course menu.

Every course was a chapter paired with its own tea. Some of our favorites were:
🥕 A Rabbit in the Sky: carrot tartare + chrysanthemum
🥃 Elixir: clear chicken consommé
🦀 Hero’s Reward: chili crab + sparkling lemon tea

Shout out to the incredible @zeroacrefarms for their delicious Fera fruit oil we used to confit our carrots and fry our tostadas.
