Bahrain’s Best Brunch Takes on a Touch of Pink. 🌸
We got to experience the special Pink October Brunch at @fsbahrain , led by Executive Sous Chef @francesco_acquaviva90 , where exceptional gastronomy, elegant surroundings and a meaningful cause came together for a special afternoon dedicated to breast cancer awareness.
The culinary journey began with a vibrant selection of salads, including Beetroot Hummus, Watermelon Feta Salad and Smoked Salmon Fennel Salad, followed by an impressive seafood spread of poached prawns, mussels, lobster and oysters. Sushi and sashimi brought a taste of Japanese artistry, while the live stations showcased everything from Okonomiyaki and ceviche to Italian specialities. Indulgent highlights included tender beef brisket, premium Wagyu and grilled lamb chops, complemented by an Indian selection featuring charcoal fried artisan kulcha, an assortment of freshly baked breads and croissants, and a variety of cheeses.
Adding a playful touch to the experience was a spectacular chocolate fountain flowing in classic brown and pink, surrounded by an irresistible dessert selection featuring Strawberry Shortcake, Rose Cheesecake, Raspberry Macarons, Kunafa and many more sweet creations. With live music and a dedicated kids’ corner offering favourites such as French fries, popcorn and chicken fingers, there was something for every generation to enjoy.
Beyond the extraordinary variety, the heart of this brunch lay in its purpose. A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to the Bahrain Cancer Society, making this Pink October celebration a beautiful reminder that exceptional experiences can also support a meaningful cause.
