Had to share this because I'm so proud of myself.
I just wrote my first song!
Well, I have the lyrics written. I also know what I want the song to sound like because I can hear the music in my head. I just have to figure out how to get them from my head into the sonic realm without using AI because I refuse to use AI.
I was trying to figure a way to break out of this downward spiral my life/career/everything seemed to me in so I said to myself yesterday "you need to try to write a song since you have ideas come into your head all the time." So I focused on it and I did it.
I'm sure it's not great and professional songwriters will laugh it off but I did it. The first one is done. Now to see if I can talk to some songwriters to get some advice on what I did right and wrong, and then try to improve for song 2.
