Say hello to RGK member Chef Chad Grey!
Chad has been a chef for 23 years, starting in the kitchen with Martha Boggs at the @bistrobijou in downtown Knoxville.
Previously, he was the Executive Chef at the @cumberlandhouseknoxville and now he works with @greekhousechefs, preparing lunch and dinner for Fraternities on UTK's campus.
The combi oven has quickly become his favorite piece of equipment at RGK, because it can do "everything" (even smoking) AND it cleans itself!
Which comes in handy for cooking his specialty, Appalachian Southern Food!
