Say hello to RGK member Chef Chad Grey!

Chad has been a chef for 23 years, starting in the kitchen with Martha Boggs at the @bistrobijou in downtown Knoxville.

Previously, he was the Executive Chef at the @cumberlandhouseknoxville and now he works with @greekhousechefs, preparing lunch and dinner for Fraternities on UTK's campus.

The combi oven has quickly become his favorite piece of equipment at RGK, because it can do "everything" (even smoking) AND it cleans itself!

Ready to try out a new recipe? Need someone other than your immediate family to give you feedback?

The Tasting Lab, on November 10th at RGK, gives local food entrepreneurs the opportunity to share their products with potential customers!

Each participant will share sample-sized tastes of their food with about 15 guests. Guests will provide feedback on things like flavor, presentation, and overall experience giving you valuable insight from real people who could become future customers.

Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with resources and support from Real Good Kitchen Foundation, that can help take their food business to the next level.
