Psytrance has always been more than sound. It's the pulse that flow artists move to, the lights that trails get painted across, and the community that makes a dark room feel safe enough to create in. Take away either side and the magic doesn't hold.
Every flow artist on the floor is playing the music back with their body. Every dancer around them becomes part of the picture. That's the connection between the psy scene and the flow community: one gives the rhythm, the other gives it shape.
