Every doof needs a good flow!! 🙌✨️
I adored Saturday night at the main stage! The lasers and visuals were out of this world!! 👌

I adore! Remember flowing at @wildhorsesfestival with only one whip, and now I'm so comfortable with dual ✨️ its incredible to see the progress of one year 🙌

Adore adore adore!

I wonder how my flow journey will look next year 🥰 taken in Melbourne CBD by @psykhevibe

Some days my mind is loud. The whip is how I quiet it. ✨

Flow is the closest thing I have to meditation. When the light starts trailing and the rhythm settles into my hands, everything else fades. No to do list, no overthinking, no version of me I'm trying to be. Just breath, movement and the glow moving where I send it.

These close ups are what that feels like from the inside. Slow, soft, and completely absorbed. The more present I get, the more the flow takes care of itself, and getting lost in it is the whole point. 🌈

You don't need to be a pro to feel it. Any repeating movement you give your full attention to can become a moment of peace. 💫

What helps you switch your mind off and get lost in the moment? 👇

Dangerous and peaceful, held in the same hands. ✨🔥

Fire flow is one of the few things I know that asks for total calm and total courage at the same time. Palm candles sit right there in your hands, small flames you have to trust, and the only way to move with them is to slow your breath and let go of fear. The more peaceful you get, the more beautiful it looks.

That's what makes it so unique. It's risk and stillness, glow and shadow, all in one flowing line.

Huge thank you to @carter.bnw for capturing it so perfectly. These frames hold the warmth, the trails and the quiet in the middle of it all. 🌈

And big thank you to @fafo_tribe for hosting such a lovely fire session once again 🙌 I'm incredibly proud of this community and for @walletau
Continues supporting in holding a safe space for the Melbourne flow community ✨️

What's one thing that feels scary and peaceful to you at the same time? 👇

Where the music ends and the movement begins. 👽✨

Psytrance has always been more than sound. It's the pulse that flow artists move to, the lights that trails get painted across, and the community that makes a dark room feel safe enough to create in. Take away either side and the magic doesn't hold.

Every flow artist on the floor is playing the music back with their body. Every dancer around them becomes part of the picture. That's the connection between the psy scene and the flow community: one gives the rhythm, the other gives it shape.

Huge thank you to @carter.bnw for catching these moments so beautifully. Light trails, lost expressions, the kind of frames that let you feel the night all over again.

Beautiful flow with at Talpa with Psy kandy.

Big thank you to @carter.bnw for capturing my trance state 🙏
It feels like its been a minute since I danced with them 🌸
Love the peace they give me, but hearing it from mates im just starting to share few tricks with has my heart melted. Seeing them adapt to their own flow props and enter a blissful state of flow, tops it🫶
I don't teach it as much as before anymore but maybe I should. Seeing that blissful will always make it worth it ✨️
