What a night. Still feeling so grateful to have been nominated for my first New York Emmy for my work with News 12. Over a century later, Stanford researchers found that walking increased creative thinking by an average of 60% compared to sitting. Another study found that walking in nature also reduces repetitive negative thoughts and overthinking.
