Forever grateful that my stress comes from building my own business, not someone else's.

A property that’s already been to market comes with a different set of challenges.

With Broughton Street, my approach wasn’t simply to relaunch the home. It was to understand what needed to change, from the positioning and presentation to the way we connected with buyers.

Because sometimes achieving a different result starts with taking a different approach.

From never-ending paperwork to being on the clock 24/7, a few truths about life in real estate, lessons I've learnt along the way and why I'm a little like sweet and sour sauce when it comes to negotiating.

Never a dull moment, that's for sure!

Surround yourself with people who inspire you, back you and challenge you to think bigger.

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming @seriously.simone to our team, sharing her knowledge on all things real estate, social media, and how to leverage the power of social media in today’s market.

But for Jeremy & I, Simone is so much more than just an incredible industry leader. She’s been in our corner since day one, a genuine supporter, a great friend, and someone we have so much respect for.

A woman who continues to show what it looks like to lead, grow, and succeed in Australian real estate while juggling mum life and still showing up as an absolute BOSS!

We need more women like this in our industry, women who share their knowledge, lift others up, open doors, and remind us that success is even more meaningful when we support each other along the way.

Forever grateful for you, we love you Simone! ♥️ by @seriously.simone

Character, charm and generous proportions in the heart of North Annandale.

Set within a boutique Victorian conversion of just four residences, 3/249 Johnston Street offers two north-facing bedrooms, light-filled living spaces, beautiful period details and the convenience of dual street access.

I came to sell your house. Somehow we became best friends.

Professional boundaries? I prefer professional friendships. 😅

Things that make me say WTF... real estate edition.

A 9 to 5? Never met her.
Marketing doesn’t matter? Be serious.
All agents are the same? Awkward.
Waiting for the perfect market? Let me know when you find it.

Some things just deserve a WTF.
