This past weekend @hummrestaurant opened its doors to the public. For the past 6 months, @anastasialange and I have been working with Chef @danielhumm and his team on documenting the creation of this restaurant. From the build out, to the dishes, to the art that fills the finished space, and now the energy of a full dining room (and a 15,000 person waitlist). It has been incredible to be a part of so many aspects coming to fruition. A huge congrats to Chef @danielhumm, Chef @dmitri_magi, and this truly impeccable team on creating a new jewel for New York City dining.
