Full transparency. It took me about 5 minutes of recording to get to a 2 minute lessons today. I do a lot of retakes. Forget my thoughts and use the wrong props. I don’t have a script, but I do have a general idea of what I want to say especially because I just taught all this content for Big Picture Monday. I wasn’t planning to share the outtakes on IG. But I thought it might be helpful to see…just keep filming. You can always edit your video down.

I will be talking more about this lesson on Friday during office hours & hot seat coaching for Premium Members. Bring your phones, we are going to record and edit a video for REELS together.

شهاب حسینی یکی از چهره‌های مطرح سینمای ایران است که با نقش‌آفرینی در آثار اجتماعی و درام، جایگاه ویژه‌ای در سینمای ایران به دست آورده است.

For me, it wasn’t about eating less. I’d already tried that.

What finally made a difference was paying attention to my blood sugar.
