Dear soccer, I don't know what I would have done without you. You taught me how to be resilient, a good player but most importantly a good teammate. Im so blessed to be surrounded by a beautiful group of people and amazing coaches. Love you all.

I am writing my very first book!!! 📚 I have been dying to share this with you Pocket Pals and I am just so excited to tell you everything! When I started posting these little reels of pocket-sized psychology, this was definitely not the plan… It started with buckets. And balloons. And umbrellas. And Play-Doh.
