RDJ LLP

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Future Focus events in Cork and Dublin last week.

It was fantastic to welcome so many students to our offices to hear first-hand about life at RDJ, our Traineeship Programme and the different career paths available in law.

In Cork, Shane O’Connor (Partner), Sarahjane O Shea (Newly Qualified Solicitor), Emma Wroblewski (Trainee Solicitor) and Tadig O Scanaill (In-House Counsel, UCC) shared insights from their career journeys and experiences in the legal profession.

In Dublin, Jenny Foley (Partner), James Leahy (Associate Solicitor). Leanne Connell (Solicitor) and Patrick Quigley (Trainee Solicitor) shared their experiences and practical advice on starting and building a career in law.

A big thank you to our speakers and everyone who joined us. We hope you left feeling informed, inspired and excited about the opportunities ahead.

Applications for the 2029 RDJ Trainee Solicitor Programme are now open and close on 23 October 2026.
