RDJ Partner and @iwish_ie co-founder Gillian Keating joined An Taoiseach @michealmartintd at Government Buildings for the launch of the 11th annual I Wish Survey.🚀

The findings of the 2026 I Wish Survey of Female Students’ Attitudes to STEM are a stark reminder that Ireland risks leaving girls behind in its AI future unless gaps in subject access and confidence are addressed.

Just 27% of girls surveyed in single-sex schools have access to Computer Science at Leaving Certificate level, while 60% identified a lack of confidence in their STEM ability as a barrier to pursuing a STEM career.

With demand for digital specialists in Ireland projected to grow by 27% over the next four years, addressing these barriers is vital to developing the talent our economy needs. I Wish continues to give girls a voice through its annual research, using those insights to inform its year-round programmes and the work of Government, schools and industry.

The next I Wish STEM Festival takes place on 4 February 2027 at the RDS, Dublin, giving students the opportunity to explore STEM careers and meet women working across the sector.

We’re incredibly proud of our colleagues who took part in this year’s Cork Simon Sleep Out at Elizabeth Fort, helping to raise vital funds and awareness for @cork.simon.community

On 2 October, Hilde Mannix, Yvonne Kennedy, Taro Horgan, Amy Roberts, Margaret Hennessy, Donne Golden, Deirdre Quirke, William Ryan and Fiona Cooper spent the night outdoors in solidarity with those experiencing homelessness.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of colleagues, friends and family, the team raised an outstanding €4,887.10. These funds will support the vital work of Cork Simon Community, providing emergency shelter, housing support, health services and pathways to help people rebuild their lives.
