They call this the CYBERPUNK shot.
We got lucky to walk by this on the way back to the hotel in Chongqing. This city is known for multi level streets and futuristic buildings. One of our car rides went through a hotel parking garage at street level, only to go up in circles that opened into another street level. There is no city like this city 🤯
