It’s time to move on… after 10 years of Wednesday evening Rasa Yoga classes in @beckenhamplace Mansion, tonight is my last one here.
I’ve been teaching Wednesday evenings in Beckenham for 19 years…and moved from gym, to home, to the public halls, church halls and finally set up home here. It’s been a great place to practice and teach and I’m grateful for this space - the iconic views, the majestic walls but most of all the students who have moved through the classes.
Join me tonight, 7.15pm for a celebratory, gratitude flow. It’s the end of an era!
