It’s time to move on… after 10 years of Wednesday evening Rasa Yoga classes in @beckenhamplace Mansion, tonight is my last one here.
I’ve been teaching Wednesday evenings in Beckenham for 19 years…and moved from gym, to home, to the public halls, church halls and finally set up home here. It’s been a great place to practice and teach and I’m grateful for this space - the iconic views, the majestic walls but most of all the students who have moved through the classes.
Join me tonight, 7.15pm for a celebratory, gratitude flow. It’s the end of an era!

Well, hello all. I’m a bit sporadic on instagram so I thought it’s a good time for a re-introduction.

I’m Claire, a Rasa Yoga teacher in South London, teaching yoga mostly in @beckenhamplace Mansion, but with a thriving private lesson practice as well as offering gorgeous, immersive yoga retreats and CPDs & mentoring for yoga teachers.

My greatest aim in teaching yoga is to welcome all kinds of people into the class, to support you in an exploration of your body, breath and mind so you can find more balance and a sense of connection.

I welcome all the injuries, conditions, neurotypes and all the messiness of this human life, so we can all embrace ourselves a little better and feel more ease at being human.

I’d love to welcome you. Want to roll out your mat and join me?

Click on the linktree in my bio to find out a bit more about where to find me.

Do you know someone who needs to embrace their inner messiness? Forward on this post, with love.

Consistently our fave family weekend of the year ! Last weekend, @alsofestival excelled itself once again.
@livi.loves.yoga and I loved teaching kids yoga, @livi.loves.yoga taught a fabulous teen yoga class in the baking hot sunshine and I brought more @rasayogacollective fire 🔥 to match the glorious weather!
Cabaret Fantastique was fantastique, loved the Traitors chat with @profcatherineloveday and @claudia_hammond_ , @livi.loves.yoga won the family photo contest with @robinince1969 (but the pic is on her phone so not shown here), @grace246736 did a fabulous job on sound and @stevepretty played the conch which was truly amazing. Looking forward to a future conch - yoga collaboration 🤞🤞🤞 by @yogabright
