STAGE FIGHT WORKSHOP 🎬
How do you make a fight feel real on screen - while keeping every movement controlled and safe?
Our 2-Year Acting Programme actors explored the answer with Micki Stoltt, a graduate of the Australian Stunt Academy and a trained stunt and stage-fight instructor. Having trained under Danish stunt veteran Martin Spang Olsen, and worked as both an actor and stunt performer - including in The Last Kingdom - Micki brings together the practical craft of stage fight and the actor’s understanding of character and story.
That makes him an especially fitting guide for this workshop. Stage fight is not about fighting for real; it is about precision, timing, physical awareness and trust - shaping each movement so the conflict feels truthful while the performers remain in control.
