Spending the evening with NAMI & @maybelline left me all smiles. So proud to be in a room full of people who care deeply about mental health awareness.
Watching the one night only performance of “This Is Crazy” with actors like Natasha Rothwell and Marisa Tomei made me feel so many things: speechless, seen, empathetic. I’ve battled with my mental health and watched family and friends do the same through life’s many challenges, so this one hit close to home. It felt like a way to honor my late friend, who passed from suicide years ago.
