Culture and heritage are powerful drivers of identity, innovation and development. Today, we spotlight Peace Chinyere Ogbonna, an LMI Fellow, arts and cultural development professional, heritage practitioner and Erasmus Mundus Scholar committed to advancing African culture and the creative economy.
Through her work with the Abia State Government, Peace has contributed to government-led heritage documentation across all 17 Local Government Areas of the state, alongside cultural education and creative-sector initiatives.
She is currently pursuing an International Master’s in Managing Arts and Cultural Heritage in Global Markets as an Erasmus Mundus Scholar, with academic mobility across Lisbon, Paris, Rotterdam and Glasgow. Her work reflects a growing interest in cultural diplomacy, heritage policy and strengthening the global influence of African creative industries.
