For his presentation at Frieze Belleau is showing his recent Substrate works that deconstruct a newsstand kiosk that was previously used as a film prop. Painted to be set in London then New York and appearing in films set in other cities and periods, the works engage with the daily headlines from newspapers such as The New York Times, The Guardian, The Wall Street Journal and The Globe and Mail.
Frieze London continues until Sunday October 18th.
