I read this book and I was very shocked about hockey culture. It was so well written and I think every parent who has a child in sports should read. Its a real eye opener.

Very difficult to read. So many Moms have told me it’s not hockey culture but it 100% is.

Rick will be at UBC Vancouver and UFV Abbotsford BC. I have tickets for Abbotsford. Also the book is not about hockey. It's about our society. The subject of hockey is just the lens used to look at it.

Almost finished it. Junior hockey in Canada is resembling the Catholic Church. No outsiders are allowed in. Teen boys are not protected but coaches or owners. The situation is much worse than I thought. Incredible well researched book
