Anyone else ever dehydrate a book after dropping it in the bath? It was actually a pretty effective method for drying the pages, but Dan came home and had to look twice (before cracking up laughing) because he expected that I was dehydrating mushrooms! 😂

Genius solution! There’s a reason I don’t read paper copies in the tub. Kindle Paperwhite for the win! Not sure if they all are water resistant, but the model I have says it’s supposed to be able to survive a dunking. I haven’t actually dropped it in to test it out though.

I’m so sorry your book took a bath. 💦 What a great idea! One I hope to never have to implement, but it is good to know. 😅
