Submissive??? a different look

The key to living longer is eating more salt.

You likely have low blood pressure, as many people do, which can cause a wide range of uncomfortable symptoms. Increasing your sodium intake will help. When sodium levels are as low as the FDA currently recommends, the enzyme renin increases in your body, which may raise your risk of a heart attack.

Low sodium can seem like a good thing, but you may actually be depriving your body of an essential mineral.

Getting your sodium levels up can be as simple as drinking some pickle juice or adding salt to your water. If you have salt cravings, satisfy them; your body is signaling what it needs.

And if you don’t already have a favorite salt, I recommend Oryx Desert Salt (@oryxdesertsalt). This clean, mineral-rich salt is sustainably harvested from the Kalahari Desert in Southern Africa, and delivers on both flavor and nutrients.

scrib doon all day.

🍩💕 JAM JAM TIME WITH ALY! 🎀🐾

Someone was ready to get cozy! 🥹💗

Aly walked right over to her talking buttons and pressed “JAM JAMS!” 🐶

I said, “Is it jam jam time? Come on, let’s go pick out your jam jams!”

We headed over to her little wardrobe, and I asked, “Do you want Mom to help you?” And our little fashionista picked out her adorable pink DONUT JAM JAMS! 🍩💕🍩

Of course, Mama had to add the sweetest little pink bow to her hair to complete the look! 🎀🥰

After her little fashion show and photo shoot, Aly got an extra-special treat… an OLIVE! 🫒😂

And if you know Aly, you know how much this girl LOVES her olives! She had the best time playing with it before finally eating it, all while looking absolutely precious in her donut pajamas! 💗

Just another sweet little evening with my girl! From picking out her own pajamas to enjoying her favorite little treat, it’s these everyday moments that make my heart so happy! 🥹❤️ #AlyTheBichon #AlyeskaTheBichon #TalkingDog #TalkingButtons #DogCommunication

Today would’ve been my Mum’s 57th birthday. Only 2 days ago, we lost her. I thought I’d done all the work, put myself through all of the preparation, driven by acceptance… But nothing can honestly prepare you, and my heart has never felt so fucking heavy. Through every single high, and the many low’s — there’s not a chance in hell I’d be the person I am today without my life and experience beside my Mother. Every moment and every situation shaped my position, who I wanted to be, and how I wanted to lead. It always felt that life never really went to plan for the both of us, but this year in particular I was finally able to accept and understand the necessity of our experience together and all that it truly shaped for me. When times weren’t easy, it built my resilience and will-power to just get shit done, at all costs. I feel so blessed to — at the bottom of every single moment — have felt so loved. Nothing else matters. I was so loved and adored beyond belief by my Mum, and never in my 32 years did I ever have to live a day questioning that. What a blessing to experience a life like that. I knew I was loved, and I was reminded every day — just as she knew how much I loved her. This year didn’t all go to plan — but amidst all the pain, I know your new experience, starting fresh, and being so close to all that you loved, would’ve been worth every single moment for you, as it was all you truly ever wanted — even if time was tragically cut short. My sacrifice and care, was the least I could offer for the life-time of love & devotion awarded to me previously. I’d relive every single moment again, as I’m now left wishing I could’ve done it for longer and had more time. I feel lost and empty without your presence now, but I’ll forever be guided by your will to love. We all witnessed strength, courage, and resilience, beyond what I thought was possible in a human being — and that in itself instills so much strength in me. I’ll never stop aiming to make you proud. I’ll never stop leading life with love. I consider myself so lucky to be your son. Thank you for all of your love and your belief in me. Thank you for your strength. Happy Birthday Mumma, I love you 🫶
