About the Marc Bolan School of Music and Film
Established in Sierra Leone by Gloria Jones and her son Rolan Bolan in memory of Marc, the school provides access to music and film education for children and young people who would not normally have these opportunities.
So far, fundraising for the school has created the first floor of this crucial cultural space. The proceeds from this event will go toward completing the building with a second floor. A performance theatre, rehearsal rooms, classrooms, music studios and film editing facilities will form the core of the foundation, as named in honour of the quintessential Glam Rocker. The school is instrumental in building a creative community and fostering the next generation of musicians, performers and film-makers.

‘The Light of Love Foundation’ UK is a listed charity which raises funds for the Marc Bolan School of Music and Film. Charity number 1164256
