POSTS STORIES REELS

Last weekend, the @blindboysofalabama gave a spectacular performance at Ronnie Scott’s, London.

It was truly an unforgettable night - made even more special by a incredible collaboration performance with @thevoicelennyzak.

Not only did I get to witness legendary harmonies and soulful energy live on stage, but I also had the absolute honor of interviewing musical director @joey.williams.project, Lenny and the Blind Boys before the show (interview footage coming soon!).

A huge thank you to the Blind Boys, Lenny, the band, Ron, Amber and the wonderful team at @officialronnies for such incredible hospitality.
The whole team were helpful and so accomodating, it was a dream venue to visit.

About the Marc Bolan School of Music and Film

Established in Sierra Leone by Gloria Jones and her son Rolan Bolan in memory of Marc, the school provides access to music and film education for children and young people who would not normally have these opportunities.

So far, fundraising for the school has created the first floor of this crucial cultural space. The proceeds from this event will go toward completing the building with a second floor. A performance theatre, rehearsal rooms, classrooms, music studios and film editing facilities will form the core of the foundation, as named in honour of the quintessential Glam Rocker. The school is instrumental in building a creative community and fostering the next generation of musicians, performers and film-makers.

'The lyrics are powerful if you really listen to them' 🎤🎧🎶

I could have listened to Ingrid for hours, perfectly articulating one reason as to why Soul, Funk and Disco tracks have such longevity.

It was a pleasure to meet you Ingrid, Ruth, Victoria and Monita, and so glad you enjoyed @ambermusicltd presents 'Legends of Vinyl' at @gliveguildford.
