Motivation gets you going… It’s a great place to start.

But, growth is not a natural process.

Growth is an intentional process paved with discipline and intention.

Footage documented German police using excessive force, pepper spray and arrests against protesters during a pro-Palestine demonstration in Berlin.

Several demonstrators were detained as police violently intervened in the solidarity protest.

I am about to take myself out of my comfort zone again.
For the last few years, life has become a little too predictable.
Time to shake things up a little
But it isn’t easy.
As we get older, it becomes more and more challenging.
Home becomes dependably safe.
I love being with my family and my animals
Strangely as I age, I find myself caught in a loop of routine and familiarity.
It’s comforting in a world of chaos
But I love the thrill of the unknown
The excitement of a new place and a new challenge.
Remember, don’t be a sheep, be the shepherd.
Add life to your days not days to your life
