We're thrilled to have been recognised as the 2026 Excellence in Wellness - Major Project or Company of the Year at the @wellnessinfrastructure Awards.
The award highlights our Psychological Safety, Culture and Values initiative - which has been rolled out across major projects including the Ballarat Major Events Precinct, Armstrong Creek Sports Centre and the Albert Park Pit Building redevelopment.
By bringing project teams and delivery partners together from the outset to establish shared values, behaviours and expectations, we're embedding psychological safety and wellbeing alongside safety, risk, cost and program from day one.
Congratulations to our team members Michelle and Ben, and everyone across our Sports Infrastructure, Risk and HSE teams who brought this initiative to life!
