Your hands do so much for everyone else. Give them 5 minutes tonight.
Save this for your next quiet moment. 🤍
Here is one of my favourite points to work on.
Try it on yourself:
• Find LI-4 (Hegu), the web between your thumb and index finger
• Make slow, gentle circles with your other thumb
• Slide down each finger, base to tip, with a light squeeze
• Rest your hands. Notice how they feel
Why LI-4?
In traditional Chinese medicine, it’s a well-known point on the Large Intestine meridian (Metal element). Themes: letting go, boundaries, and receiving vs. releasing.
Reflect:
✨ Letting go: what are you ready to release?
✨ Grief and change: what needs time or compassion?
✨ Boundaries: where can you make more room for yourself?
Safety note: Avoid LI-4 acupressure during pregnancy unless cleared by a qualified healthcare professional. Avoid injured, inflamed, infected, or unusually painful tissue. Acupressure is not a substitute for medical assessment.
