🏗️ PROJECT AWARD | HAFF WELLARD
Following our recent announcement of the White Gum Valley project award, Bayliss Engineering Group is proud to announce that we have also been awarded the Electrical and Mechanical Services packages for the Wellard HAFF Social & Affordable Housing Development, working alongside EMCO Building.
The $16 million development, delivered for DevelopmentWA, forms part of the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) initiative and will provide 27 new apartments across three storeys, comprising 21 affordable and 6 social housing residences.
Together with White Gum Valley, these two developments will contribute 51 much-needed homes to Western Australia’s growing social and affordable housing supply.
Securing both services packages across these projects represents another exciting milestone for Bayliss Engineering Group, reflecting the continued growth of our business and our expanding capabilities in delivering integrated electrical and mechanical services.
