🏗️ PROJECT AWARD | HAFF WELLARD

Following our recent announcement of the White Gum Valley project award, Bayliss Engineering Group is proud to announce that we have also been awarded the Electrical and Mechanical Services packages for the Wellard HAFF Social & Affordable Housing Development, working alongside EMCO Building.

The $16 million development, delivered for DevelopmentWA, forms part of the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF) initiative and will provide 27 new apartments across three storeys, comprising 21 affordable and 6 social housing residences.

Together with White Gum Valley, these two developments will contribute 51 much-needed homes to Western Australia’s growing social and affordable housing supply.

Securing both services packages across these projects represents another exciting milestone for Bayliss Engineering Group, reflecting the continued growth of our business and our expanding capabilities in delivering integrated electrical and mechanical services.

We are proud to be contributing to projects that deliver lasting value to the Western Australian community and look forward to working collaboratively with EMCO Building and the wider project teams to deliver another successful outcome.

PROJECT AWARD | HAFF WHITE GUM VALLEY

We’re proud to announce that Bayliss Engineering Group has been awarded the Electrical & Mechanical Services package by EMCO Building for the HAFF White Gum Valley Social and Affordable Housing development.

The three-storey development will deliver 24 new homes, comprising 19 affordable and 5 social apartments, as part of DevelopmentWA’s broader Build-to-Rent affordable and social housing program.

Being entrusted with the electrical, MATV, security and mechanical services package is another important step in the continued growth of Bayliss Engineering Group and reflects the capability we have developed across our multidisciplinary building services team.

Projects like this are particularly rewarding to be involved with, combining quality construction with a genuine community outcome by helping deliver more long-term, secure and affordable housing in Western Australia. The White Gum Valley development is located close to Fremantle and forms part of a wider program designed to increase WA’s supply of affordable and social housing.

We look forward to working alongside EMCO Building and the wider project team to deliver the electrical and mechanical services through to completion.

Another great project for the team and another opportunity to demonstrate our growing capability across integrated electrical and mechanical building services.

*Project Completion*

With owners now moved in, we are excited to unveil Western Australia’s first flatiron-inspirted building in it’s final form.

A striking silhoutte. Handcrafted brickwork. Intricate detailing rarely seen in contemporary high rise construction. Every angle has been carefully considered to create a building designed to endure.

Electrical, Communications, Fire, Access Control, CCTV, MATV and Intercom completed under the Bayliss Engineering Group scope.

A huge thank you to our partners, suppliers, subcontractors and most importantly our team for the delivery of this project.

Time always costs money…
But quality? That keeps paying long after the job is finished.

We don’t rush installs, we deliver them properly. Every detail. Every time.
