🥹 Full-circle moment.

The first time we ever had Tanaka Ramen was on our honeymoon in Hawaii — slurping noodles with the ocean breeze and zero responsibilities.

Fast forward to today: we’re back, this time at their brand-new Kirkland location (their first in Washington!), with two little ones in tow and noodles flying everywhere 🍜😂

And somehow, the ramen tastes even better.

What we ordered:
🐟 Hamachi kama (grilled yellowtail collar) — crispy skin, juicy and rich inside. The kind of izakaya bite you end up ordering twice.
🌶️ Spicy garlic ramen — deep garlic flavor with a slow-building kick. Spice lovers, this one’s for you.
🍗 Chicken combo — the kids’ absolute favorite. They loved it so much they drank every last drop of the broth. Every. Last. Drop.
