What I’m most thankful for: being her mom. God knows how many prayers I whispered for her and how hard I fought to bring her into this world. I stood strong through some of the biggest battles of my life, holding on to the dream of becoming her mama. She is our little miracle, and I will never take the privilege of being her mom for granted. Of all the things I could ever accomplish in this lifetime, raising this little girl will always be my greatest and most meaningful one. If there’s one thing I’ll never stop being grateful for, it’s that I get to be her mom.
Blushing bride.
Girlies, you already know the assignment! Here are my workout MUST-HAVES! Because looking good, feeling good, and getting results go hand in hand! 😌 🧢 MY FAVORITE HAT: My BF asked, “Is that the only hat you own?” 😂 NO, but something about THIS one brings out the Superwoman in me! 🦸🏽‍♀️ ⌚ APPLE WATCH: Track those steps, heart rate, calories, and progress! What gets measured gets managed! 🎒 MY VEST: My daughter put me ON! Holds my keys, lip gloss, phone, tripod, and hydration flask. Hands-free and ready for business! 🍬 GUM: Keeps my breath fresh and gives me something to chew while I’m getting those steps in! 🍑 BOOTY BANDS: Activate those glutes, add resistance, and help build stronger, shapelier legs and glutes. We are sculpting, ladies! 👟 THE OUTFIT: Wear something comfortable that makes you FEEL GOOD! Confidence boosts your mood, and comfort helps you move freely and stay focused! ☀️ SUNSCREEN & SUNGLASSES: SPF 30+ protects your skin from harmful UV rays, while UV-blocking shades protect those beautiful eyes! 🎶 THE PLAYLIST: The RIGHT music can boost motivation, improve your mood, and make those challenging workouts feel easier! 💪🏽 CREATINE + PRE-WORKOUT: Creatine supports strength, power, and muscle performance with consistent use. Pre-workout, taken about 30 minutes before training when appropriate, may boost energy and focus. Hydrate and follow your recommended serving! 🔥 YOUR MOTIVATION: LAST BUT NEVER LEAST! Don’t feel motivated? FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT! Because motivation gets you started, but DISCIPLINE KEEPS YOU GOING! And girlies, we are starting to attract more women who are GOOD for us! Women who inspire, encourage, and push each other to become BETTER! No competition, just consistency, confidence, and RESULTS! KEEP GOING! YOUR FUTURE SELF IS COUNTING ON YOU! 👇🏽what’s ONE thing you absolutely cannot go to the gym without? Let’s hear it! P.S. if you’re ready to copy the right cat….
