Here’s what I wore for Sufi night 🤩

People ask what I do to look like this at 68. The honest answer? It’s not one thing. 💛

It’s lifting heavy and eating real food. It’s taking care of my hormones with my doctor. It’s red light, meditation, and refusing to talk about my age like it’s a problem. It’s love, date nights, and yes, a better connection than I ever expected after 60. And it’s still dreaming big.

Your best years don’t have to be behind you.

THIS IS 68 🦁

“A Million Chances” featuring Tori Kelly is out now 🤯🥹🤍 This song reminds me that I’m not defined by my past mistakes, and God can actually use all that brokenness to make something so beautiful. Thank you @torikelly for blessing up this track and being such a joy to collab with.

Some people find peace in music, others in busy streets or the company of friends. I find mine somewhere between the trees. 🌲🤍

In the quiet of the forest, everything feels a little less complicated. Sunlight breaking through the canopy, rain falling on the leaves, fog rolling over the treetops. It doesn’t matter what the weather brings. There’s beauty in all of it.

I think that’s why I keep coming back. Not to escape life, but to slow down enough to actually feel it. To breathe, to look around and to remember that not everything needs to be loud to be meaningful.

No matter the season, no matter the weather. This is my peace. 🌿
