Who here has been healed by their grandmothers medicines? I remember when I used to get tummy aches my mum and my abuela would come into the room with a bowl of unidentified liquid and rub it on my tummy. When I asked what it was I was told to be quiet. Hours later I would be healed. When I was an adult my mother told me it was urine! In my travels to different cultures I’ve realized that this is common practice and even met a community in the Andes where not one single person died of COVID because of a special urine preparation they made! Also my grandma is 103 next week and she doesn’t wear glasses, can walk well and her memory is crystalline! So she was definitely doing something right! Tell me more of your grandmothers medicines that we are in danger of losing - I want to read them in the comments 🌹🌺🐝 share with someone you know still makes their abuelas herbal recipes! 👵🏽

#AflacPartner A fit check with a special meaning behind it 🤍

Early detection will always be personal to me, which is why I’m so proud to continue partnering with @aflac and share their Aflac x Rachel Zoe jacket.

The checkered pattern isn’t just part of the fit - it’s part of a greater purpose. The fabric actually has a QR code embedded into the design that you can scan to find out which screenings you should schedule today.

I love that the checkered pattern has become a reminder to check in with yourself and prioritize your health. Early detection can help save lives, and this is your reminder to Check for Cancer. 🫶

Check out the link in my bio to find recommended screening options and enter for a chance to win your own exclusive jacket!
