Ran into Oles and the Avsons Kitchen and Bath team at the Charlotte Build Expo today.

We’ve been designing their new facility and showroom in Monroe, so it was good to see them and check out the booth. Their surfaces always look clean and well done.

Before the day ends, I want to wish my handsome son @kingpanchosanchez a very happy 6th birthday. The amount of joy and healing you have brought to my life is something I will forever be grateful for. I love you my son. May God bless your life and keep you here with us for many many years to come. 🐶💙🎂

🤖💀 A man sent his AI to a job interview, only to find out the company had sent an AI interviewer too.

YouTuber Graham Dot Zip joined the call, let his AI agent speak on his behalf, and eventually walked away while the two AIs continued discussing his career.

They even agreed on a follow-up meeting for Thursday.

Then came the best part. Both AIs tried to end the call, but neither seemed able to stop responding.

“Take care.”
“You too.”
“See you Thursday.”
“See you then.”

And it kept going. Two AI agents stuck saying goodbye to each other, long after the human had left the conversation.

This is what job interviews look like in 2026. 😭

The fall rolled out a storm along the southern coast of California (“Rachel”), and left sadness in the wake, the coast rearranging itself and taking, whilst giving. Highway 1 was slick for a few days, but the sun came prompt, and the weather of paradise has returned, though “scars” can be seen from the storm. Seasons do that ~

Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet are enjoying a little autumn sunshine! ❤️🍂 Meghan shared a sweet glimpse of her children on a countryside outing in England with the family’s dog, Pula, as she marked International Day of the Girl with a project supporting other families.
Through Archewell Philanthropies, Meghan has collaborated on a sweatshirt embroidered with “It’s the Little Things.” All proceeds benefit Moms Offering More and the Alliance for Children’s Rights, helping vulnerable families in Canada and the U.S. ❤️
“Small acts of care can make a big difference for parents, for caregivers, for moms,” she wrote.

2 MONTHS SOBER 🤍🙏

Life will still test you when you choose to change. And sometimes, when things get hard, you’re faced with the choice of reaching for that glass of wine like you always used to, or learning to cope differently.

I can’t explain how free I feel. How much more present I am, how my anxiety has eased and how much I’m learning about myself.

Today I had an early breakfast alone in Istanbul, followed by a walk, and I felt genuinely grateful. No hangover, no anxiety about the night before. Just being present and enjoying the moment. 🕊️

For so long, holidays meant partying and nightlife. Now I’m learning to experience the world differently and, most importantly, to love my own company.

Two months might not sound like a long time, but every day is a choice, and I’m proud of myself for choosing differently.
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to choose better.

You’re allowed to want a different life simply because you deserve to feel good in it.

Here’s to hangover-free Sundays, finding peace in the little things and discovering who you are when you stop running from yourself. 🤍

2 months down. One day at a time. 🙏
