ENGLOUTI / WHALEFALL (trailer)
FR : Après la mort de son père, Jay plonge au large de la Californie pour retrouver sa dépouille, mais se fait avaler par un cachalot géant. Piégé à l’intérieur, il n’a plus qu’une heure d’oxygène pour survivre.
EN : After his father’s death, Jay dives off the California coast to find his remains, but is swallowed by a giant sperm whale. Trapped inside, he has only one hour of oxygen left to survive.

What I liked 🌟
▫️ Immersive and suffocating survival experience
▫️ Creative visual effects and an anxiety-inducing atmosphere
▫️ Original mix of survival, body horror and family drama
What I liked less ❌️
▫️ Overly melodramatic father-son relationship
▫️ A few plot conveniences that hurt the film’s credibility
▫️ Uneven balance between horror tension and family drama
