I became a mom at 19, and now at 29, I have four kids. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that I wouldn’t trade this life for anything.

I feel like we’re constantly hearing about all the reasons NOT to have more kids. They’re expensive, they’re exhausting, you’ll never have time for yourself again. And sure, some of those things are true. But I wish we spent just as much time talking about how incredible it can be, too. I know a big family isn’t everyone’s dream, and that’s okay. But it was mine. And getting to actually live the life I once dreamed about is something I’ll never take for granted.

So here’s a little reminder that you can love being a mom, love having a big family, and still admit that it’s really freaking hard sometimes. If you’ve ever wondered what life with four kids is really like, this is your sign to swipe. 🤍
